Perched high on Pine Mountain lies the Dogali Vineyard, where we nurture the Galaxy Carignan grapes. Their roots delve deep into ancient volcanic soils. Over the past three years, we've had the fortune to cultivate these remarkable vines, embracing dry farming and organic principles to yield fruit that resonates with authenticity.  At 2000 feet above sea level, this vineyard enjoys a coveted position above the fog line, luxuriating in extended hours of sunlight. It's a terroir that infuses our wine with a character as breathtaking as the landscape itself.

This wine, much like a helpful friend at a party, is easy to love and alwaysready to fill your cup. Carbonically fermented and then aged in stainless steel tanks, it retains its natural brightness and classic Carbonic Carignan charm, offering notes of strawberry Twizzlers and refreshing acidity. Light and vibrant, it's a delight for both the palate and the eyes. With flavors reminiscent of summer cherries, Ribena, and strawberry agua fresca, it's the perfect companion for any occasion.
